Detroit survey show skilled workers scarcity

The latest US jobs report shows that unemployment had dipped below six percent for the first time since the recession in 2008. And the number of vacant positions is actually at a 13-year high. According to a rcent survey, 30 percent of hiring managers say they're having trouble filling financial positions, and 20 oercent report ir's difficult to find manufacturing personnel.
