Belo Horizonte, Brazil looks to clean up streets

In the Brazilian city of Belo Horizonte, 2000 homeless people will be affected by a new cleanup effort begun by the city's mayor. Social agencies are concerned by the lack of official policy in place to protect the downtrodden citizens, and are seeking a means of enabling these people to leave the streets in a dignified fashion. teleSUR
