VICTORIA BECKHAM Spring Summer 2015 New York by Fashion Channel

Victoria Beckham showcased a modern collection of wearable wardrobe pieces with function and stunning attention to detail for her Spring/Summer 2015 catwalk during New York Fashion Week.
The ex Posh Spice presented sleeveless jackets and dresses that were tailored-to-within-an-inch with pocket detailing, matching burgundy two-pieces, pink rose-print camouflage and belted skirts. There is a sharp business-woman vibe to the collection, however, Victoria's understated feminine poise is also present throughout.
Eye-feasting optical patterns and big stripes mainly used on the hems of the tea-length straight skirts and dresses are other effects playing a great role in the collection.
Victoria told: "This year sees the opening of my first retail space in London – an important step that has inspired and pushed me to focus on the DNA of my brand more than ever.
Exploring the essence of this identity led me to look at my signature and redefine it in a fresh interpretation that sits within the core of my runway collection for the first time in many seasons. Informed by these new shapes was the idea of creating an eclectic uniform in the form of an exact, yet wearable wardrobe that embodies the evolution of the collection. I have pushed myself with new techniques and silhouettes that I believe give a modern sense of purpose and precision.
It is in the spirit of this evolution that this season I have designed the show shoes under my own name in my London atelier for the first time. Creating all elements of the collection under one roof enabled me to complete and strengthen the silhouette and this has been key in the design journey for me"
The fashion show was made even more spectacular with the arrival of VB's hubby David Beckham and their mini-me style icon daughter Harper as well as their three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
