Egyptian to plead guilty over U.S. embassy bombings

Sixteen years after deadly bombings ripped through two U.S. embassies in East Africa, another guilty plea is on the way.
Adel Abdul Bary, told a federal court in New York on Friday that he would plead guilty to charges connected with the attacks.
The charges include conspiracy to make a threat to use an explosive device, making a threat to use an explosive device, and conspiracy to murder Americans.
The August 1998 bombings in Kenya and Tanzania killed 224 people and wounded thousands.
Bary faces a maximum sentence of up to 25 years in prison.
