Ingredients-

3 Boiled and Peeled Potatoes
Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ Tsp of Hing (asafetida)
1 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic
Curry Leaves
3 Chopped Green Chillies
Add ½ Tsp of Turmeric Powder
