- He says, "Sad to relate, there is not the slightest move toward unity among some Muslims. Muslims are united on the subject of not being united. Muslims never speak about the caliphate or the imamate.”
Adnan Oktar: This is a miracle of the End Times. The failure of so many religious leaders to unite for the unity of the Islamic world shows the fanaticism and intensity of the strength of the antichrist. Nearly 95% of Islamic scholars are united that the Islamic world should not be united. The first thing they oppose is the Mahdi. Then the coming of Jesus the Messiah. They oppose the unification of Muslims. These are the main issues. This is a huge miracle. If people would think about this they would see we are looking at a marvel created by God. They would see how their foresight and understanding are clouded.
There will be more great events. These are just the beginning. What I have said is true. What our Prophet said is true. We can see it is all true. Nobody speaking of the antichrist is a sign that the antichrist is here. Nobody speaking of the Mahdi is a sign that the Mahdi is here. Rejection of the system of the Mahdi is a sign that the system of the Mahdi is here. Ninety-five percent of Islamic scholars are opposed to Islamic unity. This is the first time in the history of Islam. This is the first time in 1400 years. This is a miracle. Grown men with beards down to their waists come and say, ‘There are hundreds of years yet until Islamic Unity.’ When asked why it should not happen, they say there is no need for unity. They say they are perfectly comfortable. ‘We draw our salaries and are doing fine,’ they say. There are thousands of people like that. The presence of scholars like that means the Islamic world is having a wretched time. They produce these scholars and get them to talk. These scholars have many supporters. This state of affairs also suits a great many people very well. There are many people opposed to Islamic Unity, the system of the Mahdi and the return of Jesus the Messiah. These people are perfectly content. They draw their salaries.

Adnan Oktar: The result is complete apathy and sloth. There are rivers of blood, but these people do not care. They are looking to their own affairs. They are worried about things like ‘Is eating rice lawful and which foot should one step off with?’ They have sidelined the fact that Islamic unity is obligatory. They are more interested in 'Should one use the mishvak? And is it lawful to eat melon and pumpkin?’
