Physically challenged people protest for 'Rights', Mumbai - Tv9 Gujarati

Mumbai: Blind and handicapped people staged protest for their rights at Azad Maidan. They claimed that the fund which is given to state from central government remains unused and therefore, Maharashtra government sends fund back to the Centre. Now, the question is when will these people get justice?
