Fans mourn Rivers' death

A day after the death of sassy and sharp-tongued comedy legend Joan Rivers, memorial flowers, notes and cards piled up outside her New York apartment.
Rivers, 81, passed away "peacefully" on Thursday (September 4) at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, surrounded by family and friends.
Her funeral will be invitation-only on Sunday at Temple Emanu-El in New York..
The New York Medical Examiner's Office said the cause and manner of death are pending further studies.

In the movie Hawke stars as a drone pilot near Las Vegas who has a mental breakdown while killing targets "7,000 miles away" (11,000 km).
