San Diegans see the fun side of flash floods

A massive water main break in the Californian city of San Diego gave some residents a chance to play in the streets. Dogs splashed in the street as some residents floated between homes on inflatable mattresses. The break also left a nearby children’s hospital temporarily without water before service was restored on Wednesday afternoon.
