PIL against 'Sarpanch' for taking funds on fake bills, Mehsana - Tv9 Gujarati

Mehsana: Seven Gram Panchayat members have filed PIL ( Public Interest Litigation ) against a Sarpanch for the embezzlement of Rs. 1,71,610 who took funds for road works furnishing fake bills. Localites along with seven Gram Panchayat members are going to knock High Court's door as authorities did not respond despite several complaints.
