Expert: Radical groups like ISIS weaken the Muslim world

Following the release of a video showing the beheading of American journalist James Foley by an ISIS militant with a British accent, terrorism expert Afzal Ashraf says Britain needs to root out radicalising preachers and community leaders. But, he says, these radicalised militants pose a limited threat to Britain.
