MADAGASCAR - Madagascar: Fishing community attempts to control population growth

We head to Madagascar to look at family planning. In a country which suffers from poverty and accelerated population growth, how can feeding one's family be reconciled with a fair and responsible use of the surrounding natural resources? A fishing community on the island's south-western coast is trying its best to find a solution to this conundrum.
