In many countries governments put unnecessery bans on websites. Some bans are due to objectionable material but instead of banning the objectionable material whole website is banned. Same is case with youtube in few coutries, one amoungst them is Pakistan. This video shows how to access websites which are banned by your Internet Sevice Provider (ISP) or your local network administrator.
