According to cops, the head was found on Thursday evening. A homeowner in Hempstead discovered the first arm in his front yard on July 9th.
It appeared as though women’s clothing was attached to the body part which had been severed from the shoulder down. It also looked like someone reached over the fence to intentionally and delicately place the arm on the ground.
Homicide detectives are awaiting DNA results to determine if the body belongs to a Brooklyn woman, 27-year-old Chinelle Latoya Browne, who disappeared on July 5th. According to a female witness, Browne was walking and arguing with a group of men and women right before she went missing.
