Lettuce bikini-clad Courtney Stodden struts around Capitol Hill

Television personality and veggie-enthusiast Courtney Stodden handed out vegetarian hot dogs Wednesday on Capitol Hill in protest of National Hot Dog Month. The mob of Hill staffers who showed up didn’t divulge on whether they came to the annual PETA-sponsored event for the free food or for the striking blonde in a swimsuit.
