Dunya News - Citizens make a mockery out of the ban on wall-chalking in Karachi

Despite the ban on wall-chalking in provincial capital of Sindh, Karachi, the walls remain unchanged as nobody cares about the ban in the city. Citizens keep writing whatever they like to on the walls. Though there is a ban on this activity and there is an administration to keep a check as well, the wall-chalkers deserve applause for still being able to write whatever they want to, on the walls of Karachi.
