Second US state set to legally sell marijuana

The US state of Washington is set to become the second member of an exclusive club - as it joins Colorado in legally selling marijuana for recreational use.
Two dozen shops have been given licenses to sell the drug, with some opening their doors as early as 8am on Tuesday.
