Allow to sit, refrigerated, for at least two days. Store refrigerated for up to a month. Use in any cocktail that calls for red or sweet vermouth. Holiday Manhattan Cocktail Recipe: 2 oz Bourbon 1 oz Spiced Red Vermouth (recipe above) Dash of Liquid Kitchen Bitters or your favorite bitters Measure the bourbon, Spiced Red Vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass. Fill three-quarters full with ice. Stir with a bar spoon until well chilled. Strain into a coup glass. Garnish with a cherry and a cranberry on a pick.
