What role will vaccinations play in the medicine of the future? Professor Jules Hoffmann from Strasbourg University in France has the answers. Together with Bruce Beutler of the US and Canadian Ralph M. Steinman, Hoffmann won the 2011 Nobel Prize Winner for Medicine for his research on the immune system.
