Slacker Indian Railways will let people suffer, Mumbai - Tv9 Gujarati

BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) pays both Western and Central Railways to clean the stretch of culverts and drains that run through railway territory. Railways are unable to spend the entire money given by the BMC due to which people suffer.
