Three Weird Sisters (1948)

Not a horror picture, but rather a good old Gothic-flavoured crime-melodrama, adapted from the novel "The Case of the Weird Sisters" by Charlotte Armstrong. As the title suggests, though they're living in Wales, these three old gals would be right at home bedevilling Macbeth. Instead, they're casting designs on their younger half-brother and his money. Will their scheme fall through? (It seems as if the whole village is falling apart!)
