A great ouverture for ROBERTO CAVALLI's new mens collection with the engine of his 70s Ferrari Daytona rumbling at the beginning of the show. A greater rumble has been however the attendance at the show of Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, respectively front man and guitarist of AEROSMITH. Such timeless music group has inspired the creations of CAVALLI for this year, along with the 70s/80s spirit of Miami. Palms and exotic flowers explode onto the relaxed clothes, as well as the wide use of python and leather treated in various, often colorful, ways. Comfort is the keyword with long tunics, open shirts, harem pants and necklaces to the chest.
"I base my show today on an Italian playboy, much like Miami in the 1970s, a beautiful Italian of course, with the chain, with the shirt. He is somebody that loves himself and he wants to show that he has good taste and really is the best" said ROBERTO CAVALLI at the end of the show.
