INGREDIENTS
6 - 8 chunks pineapple
1 1/2 oz Stoli Citros Vodka
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz lemon grass infused simple syrup
1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle pineapple in your mixing glass.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
Double strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a single mint leaf.
