Dunya News - Musharraf's treason case: Special court adjourns hearing till 13 june

The special court trying former military dictator Pervez Musharraf for high treason continues the hearing here on June 13
Musharraf Attorney Farogh Nasim said the Former President has consulted the Cabinet and also send the copies to Prime Minster at that time Shukat Aziz.
The defense lawyers also said that Musharraf lifted the emergency on 15 Dec as the President rather than Army chief. This stated that he has implemented the emergency as president.
Fargoh Nasim said that by which order the treason case is being put up should also include all the other parties which supported the act at that time.
