India allows children to open bank accounts

There are millions of children living on streets in India. A survey conducted by London-based NGO Save the Children, says nearly seventy percent of them have to fend for themsleves. However, their hard earned money is often lost, stolen or taken away by their parents. Al Jazeera tries to find out how the Indian government is trying to help them save money. Al Jazeera's Karishma Vyas reports from New Delhi.
