A third suspect has been arrested following a gruesome discovery in India.
Two teenage cousins were allegedly raped and then hanged by their perpetrators in a village in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh.

(SOUNDBITE) (Hindi) AK GUPTA, INSPECTOR-GENERAL OF SPECIAL TASK FORCE, SAYING:
"Three accused persons have been arrested, two are still left."
The girls, ages 14 and 15 had gone missing Tuesday evening.
The father of one of the girls recalls how he learned about what happened to his daughter.
(SOUNDBITE) (Hindi) FATHER OF ONE OF THE VICTIMS, NAME UNKNOWN, SAYING:
"(Police Constable) Sarvesh came to my house and informed me that my daughter has been found hanging from a tree. I want the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) to investigate the case. I do not trust the police."
Even more troubling are reports that police officers may have been involved.
