Sisi expected to win as Egypt heads to polls

Egyptians are heading to polls on Monday and Tuesday to elect a new president, amid hightened political tension. Former army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi is widely expected to win, without a serious political opponent. Al Jazeera's Mohammed Vall reports.
