Indirectly blaming Cong V-P Rahul?

Former Union Minister Milind Deora has said party VP Rahul Gandhi's advisors were an inexperienced lot and were calling the shots, but even as Deora put the advisors in spotlight, he also indirectly takes on the top rank leadership saying that people taking advice are also responsible.
