Ian Bell says County Cricket has no way to stop match-fixing

British cricketer Ian Bell has said that County Cricket has no way to curb match-fixing. After former New Zealand player Lou Vincent blew the whistle about alleged corruption, as many as 12 players belonging to various countries have come under the radar of International Cricket Council’s (ICC) Corruption Unit. British player Ian Bell demanded that mobile phones of county players be confiscated, adding that the security of domestic cricket cannot be applied to international matches. Following the whistle blowing, chances are that penalties will be brought against the culprits.
