But now it seems the 26-year-old celebrity is picking virtual fights with her 16-year-old fans.
Baltimore high school junior Alexis Carter needed a good look for the prom recently and decided to use Rihanna's outfit from the 2010 Grammys. Being a big fan of Rihanna's, she wanted to use it as a tribute to the artist. You know what they say — imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
However Rihanna retweeted the girls photo along with some disparaging remarks to her 35 million followers. Now Carter says "Rihanna says she cares about her fans, but she really doesn't."
