Pilot unhurt after his plane crashes into Colorado house

Home owners in the US state of Colorado must have got a shock when they returned home to find this.
A small plane flew straight into this house in Northglenn just outside Denver.
The house burst into flames and the firefighters rushed to the scene.
While the house was destroyed, the pilot managed to walk away from the accident with only minor injuries.
Witnesses say the plane seemed to be struggling to stay in the air and the cause of the crash is under investigation.
Fortunately no one was home at the time. But they'll have to make extensive repairs.
