Police in Houston are on the hunt for some very unusual crooks. Three men reportedly broke into a 24 hour adult store called Katz’s Boutique at around 3 in the morning on April 13th.

"Houston Police say these guys are so clumsy, they are a danger not only to the customers but also to themselves." [KHOU]

Two of the males were armed. One had a revolver, while the other held a rifle. Surveillance video captured what happened.

It appears as though the man with the revolver brushed up against the suspect with the rifle. For some reason, either because the rifle toting male was spooked or his finger was resting on the trigger, the gun discharged.

The two armed men began shooting at that point. Between both firearms, about 12 rounds were discharged.

Police believe the suspects thought they were being fired at so they responded with their own gunfire. In reality of course, all the shots had come from them.

2 staff members were the only other people inside the store at the time and fortunately no one was injured. Police are extremely concerned because of the crooks’ eagerness in pulling the trigger. A Houston Police Department spokesperson stated "I have to say that in the seven years that I've been investigating robberies, these are by far some of the clumsiest crooks that I've seen in a long time."
