Ingredients: Brown Rice Cake: 1/4 cup brown rice 1 tbsp oil 1 Onion (finely chopped) 3 - 4 mushrooms (finely chopped) 2 tbsp Peanut butter
Green Chutney: 1/2 cup coriander 1/4 cup capsicum 1/4 cup onions 1 green chilly Salt
Method: - Add oil to a heated pan and add chopped onions to it - Cook the onions till brown, add mushrooms to it till the water dries out - Add the boiled brown rice, peanut butter, salt, black pepper to it and mix everything well - Cook and assemble everything in the center of the pan, - Add oil from the sides - Meanwhile blend onion, capsicum, green chilies, coriander, lime juice,salt in a mixer and grind it into a smooth paste. - Serve hot the brown rice cake with green chutney
