Nice nosebag Noma back as the world's best restaurant

London’s Guildhall glowed like a meticulously decorated dessert as the Restaurant Magazine announced its self-styled world’s 50 best restaurants.

One again the Danish eatery Noma was considered the tastiest one of all for a fourth time.

The two Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen is owned by Marc J. Blazer and chef Rene Redzepi:
“I can’t say I’ve ever felt this
good, I mean I try to be very relaxed about these things, because you know, as Newton says, what goes up must go down”

Two restaurants from the land that gave the culinary world fish ‘n’ chips and beans on toast made the top ten.

Hester Blumenthal’s Dinner delicious at number five and The Ledbury lovely at ten.

No matter Noma got the nod leaving the rest green with envy nestled on a bed of rocket and asparagus.
