DENMARK - Copenhagen seeks to decriminalise use of cannabis

When it comes to drug gangs, countries like Colombia, Mexico and El Salvador probably spring to mind, but not Denmark. And yet, Copenhagen has a massive organised crime problem, with gangs earning millions of dollars each year from cannabis sales. Several attempts to crack down on the gangs have been counter-productive, so the city council has come up with a radical idea: to grow and sell its own cannabis.
