Young Syrian refugees face emotional distress

International humanitarian organizations have repeatedly warned that the war in Syria has a huge psychological impact on children. UNICEF has estimated that up to 2 million Syrian children need psychological support or treatment. Many of those who managed to escape the violence to Jordan are getting therapy, with pyschological symptoms ranging from suicide attempts to selective mutisim and speech impediments. Al Jazeera's Nisreen El-Shamayleh reports from Ramtha city, Jordan.
