Algeria's Bouteflika elected to fourth term in office

Abdelaziz Bouteflika has been elected Algeria's president after winning elections with more than 80 percent of the vote. The 77-year-old has been largely out of public life after suffering a stroke last year. The political veteran is credited by many Algerians for ending the decade-long civil war but many others accuse him of being an autocrat backed by the military. Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan reports.
