Breaking and entering: man arrested for sleeping in his own home

A 49-year-old Japanese man was arrested for breaking and entering into his own home this Tuesday. The man had agreed for the inheritance, including the house, to be passed onto his elder sister from his dying father.
The man then became homeless and traveled the world. However, in the early Tuesday morning, the sister found him sleeping in the living room, and called the police.
Kobe city police arrested the man, and he admitted once at the police station that he returned, because he had nowhere else to go.
