Lamb is a traditional Easter meal in many families. With the holidays coming up, Euromaxx à la carte wanted to share with you a delicious dish from northern Spain. "Lechado Asado" is a famous specialty from the region around Valladolid and is known throught-out the country for its unmistakable flavour: this is due to the lamb being raised solely on ewe's milk.
