The fifth stunt in the PS2 game Stuntman.
Object of game: Drive a black BMW, following a white van. After a while the van disappears, but you keep at it - driving through a warehouse and making a sharp right...only to be rammed by the suddenly appearing van. You finish by pressing the actionbutton (L1) just as the van hits you. I've done this several times and have found that you get the best looking result if you stay to the far left (but still within the required field) when pressing the actionbutton. Do this as late as possible and your car will make a nice spiralling air trip down the alley.
Yes, I just shot it right off the tv-screen (I have no other way of doing it). Sorry about the poor quality!
