Colbert to replace Letterman, Heigl files lawsuit

Stephen Colbert has signed a deal to become the next host of the CBS "Late Show," replacing David Letterman when he retires next year. The star of "The Colbert Report" signed a five-year agreement with CBS. The network said that the location of the show will be determined at a later date, leaving open the possibility that the "Late Show" may relocate from New York.

Katherine Heigl has filed a 6 million dollar lawsuit against New York pharmacy Duane Reade for using her name and an unauthorized photograph of her in its commercial advertising. The lawsuit claims she was photographed in March near a Duane Reade store in New York while filming a new television series. Duane Reade posted the photo on its Twitter and Facebook account with captions advertising the store without her approval.
