Afghans vote in presidential poll

Despite all the threats from the Taliban, Afghans have voted in large numbers in what is the country's first ever democratic transition of power. Eight candidates are standing for the presidency, including Abdullah Abdullah, he also ran in 2009 but lost to Hamid Karzai. Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Kabul.
