ICC WT20 Records Smashed As Netherlands Qualify & India Beat Pakistan
  • 5 years ago
In one of the most dramatic days in ICC World Twenty20 history, there was a huge shock as the Netherlands beat Ireland to qualify for the Super 10s before India beat rivals Pakistan in the opening game of those Super 10s.

In the latest Cricket World (http://www.cricketword.com) video news update of the tournament, we look back on the games that were played today in Group B as well as the opening match in Group 2.

Zimbabwe needed to beat United Arab Emirates to stand a chance of qualifying and they did, but their hopes were dashed by a remarkable performance from the Dutch. Needing to score 190 in 14.2 overs to beat Ireland, they did so by hitting 19 sixes in their innings.

In the final game of the three played today, India beat Pakistan by seven wickets.
