Valencia’s Las Fallas Festival was put to an end with “La nit de la crema” (‘The night of the burning’). More than 700 statues, between large and small ones, have burned during the night as a symbol of purification. The last one was burnt in the Town Hall Square, to follow the tradition. It was a 14,80 high Moses sculpture. Regional authorities attended the burning.
