The complaint pertains to a bizarre incident that unfolded on March 30th, 2012 at the Industry Hills Golf Club. According to Dickson, she along with numerous other Playmates, was enlisted to help host the filmed Playboy Golf Finals.

As part of the festivities, Dickson agreed to have her picture taken. She lay on her stomach with her backside partially exposed. The co-host of the show, Kevin Klein then hit a golf ball off her buttocks.

The tee had been inserted between her cheeks. The problem is that Klein missed the tee and struck her right on the butt. Dickson was left severely bruised after the stunt.

According to the lawsuit, she also suffered from anxiety due to her injuries. Dickson alleges she never gave Klein permission to actually hit the ball.

She reportedly believed he would only pose above her, giving the implication that he was about to swing.
