Crimeans 'vote to join Russia'

People have been celebrating in Crimea, where voters overwhelmingly chose to break away from Ukraine. Exit polls show that around 95 percent of voters cast their ballot in favour of joining Russia. The European Union and the US have condemed the referendum, and are now considering sanctions. Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from Simferopol.
