Deaths in suicide car bombing in Iraq

A minibus packed with explosives has killed at least 35 people in the southern Iraqi city of Hilla. Iraq's Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has blamed Qatar and Saudi Arabia for the country's dire security situation and accused them of waging open war against his country.
