BUSINESS DAILY - French unemployment rate falls for first time since 2011

France’s unemployment rate fell slightly in the last three months of 2013, according to new figures from the country’s national statistics office. It’s the first time that the quarterly jobless rate has come down since 2011. This as unions and employers reach a deal on President Hollande’s plan to create jobs. Also today: the company that’s giving New Yorkers some personal space – for $25 an hour.
