A mother in Wisconsin has been accused of plotting her fiancée’s murder. According to the Wausau Police Department, 33-year-old Jessica Strom offered to shell out $1,000 and sexual favors to have her fiancée killed.

Strom contacted a former classmate from criminal justice classes, who is now a licensed pilot to shoot her partner, John Schellpfeffer.

According to court documents, Strom wanted her friend to use a gun in the killing, saying
"you just open the door, no time to respond, that's it." [WAOW]

Strom met with the pilot in person and confessed she had been planning the murder for 2 years.

Her reasoning for the plot was because Schellpfeffer was ‘controlling’ and did ‘bad things’ to her and other people. The pilot declined to take part. Strom advised him to think about it and ordered him not to contact police. Despite her warning the pilot did just that.

Detectives had him set up a bogus meeting to plan out the killing. Strom met with the informant at a café and provided him with a diagram of Schellpfeffer’s law office. She told the pilot to ‘blow his brains out’.

The man told Strom that he would settle for $1,000 as payment for the hit. Strom then offered sex to the informant as an added bonus.

Police raided her home shortly after the plot was set up. Strom was arrested for ‘conspiracy to commit first degree murder’.
