Fears of volcanic eruptions in DR Congo

The city of Goma in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo is at the bottom of an active volcano. But scientists say the threat of armed groups means they are unable to monitor the mountain. Al Jazeera's Malcolm Webb reports.
